ChatGPT, in long form "Chatbot Generative Pre-Trained Transformer", is an AI system from OpenAI that communicates with the user via text input. The groundbreaking aspect of the new technology: ChatGPT is free of charge and responds to any question in an extremely human-like manner. ChatGPT is able to summarize and simplify complicated issues. This is possible because the AI system has been trained with millions of pieces of content from the Internet and is constantly learning from them. The AI system then uses all this information to provide the user with a quick answer, which can be refined and improved by further input.

An unexpected but helpful area of application of ChatGPT for companies is in the communication and creative sector, because the AI system expands the possibilities in marketing not only in the strategic area, but also in design and creation. We already use ChatGPT for marketing purposes in our internet agency and use AI to gather inspiration for social media posts or to design our agency's Christmas card.
